I absolutely love this necklace! I’m already thinking about getting another one and I just got it yesterday. It was fun to have a mystery necklace showing up. I figured I would love it no matter what color it was and I got a multicolored one, which I adore! Initially, I couldn’t find it in the bag and let customer service know. They responded within 10 minutes and asked me to look inside the packaging. Sure enough, it had slipped between the packaging of a pair of pants! I was very impressed with their customer service!

I really, really like the design of the necklace and I think I got extremely lucky with my mystery item. That being said, it's almost too short for me. It fits around my neck, but there is very little extra room, even when fastened on the last link. It's probably about 16.5" in length, and I would prefer a longer necklace since my neck is fatter than the models'. It does make a pretty bracelet though!
