Attachment nozzles didn't work as instructed. They would not stay attached. The instructions said that you must twist the nozzle clockwise to fix it on, but it wasn’t twistable at all which made attachment impossible with the pressurized steam. The instructions manual came with many typos which also leads me to believe in cheap/faulty product. I would like a refund.
