Received a used product. Could see the liquid buildup in the cleaner tank. Also came with a label saying to check it upon receiving so clearly they knew they were sending a used product. Also missing the fabric cover for steaming couch etc.

Never again this was a scam all the videos commercializing this by TikTok users were b.s it did not remove anything it was just hot streamed water. It’s not ok to play with people’s time and money like this. Look at how small and tiny the white cotton that was adverized that can “clean mattresses”.

Quality of work: Built well & comes with a ton of different pieces. Plus it has the reservoir for the detergent with a switch to turn it on or off depending on if you want to use it or not. Performance: This spot was buildup from where our computer desk was for months. It took 3 passes and a microfiber cloth but the wall is clean

I was finally able to test it and it heats up but it does not steam tell the end of the cycle on the tank it only shoots out water, then it won't keep the smaller attachments on it. I was really looking forward to this product but maybe mine is just broke or something. I read the instructions too

Does great removing dirt, crayon and washablearkers. No so good on ink and permanent markers. Wish the safety button would lower on the handle and smaller; so you can press with less pain on the thump. A Arthritis friendlier safety button would be nice.

As soon as I opened the package I notice my cup had been broken and there was a hole already on one of the sleeves. So far the product has worked well, but I’m sad that some of the accessories were broken before even one use.
