This is my first hair topper. This is straight out of the box. All I did was as shake it out and snap it on. It doesn’t look as good from behind on me because you can see my hair is several inches shorter. I’ll probably just trim this to match my length. I plan to but buy a back up. It does shed quite a bit but not more than my own hair does.
