Received my order and one of the pumps was completely broken. I ordered 5 different bundles but the main reason I ordered was for this bundle right here. I had set them to the side waiting to receive a replacement pump. I was going to go ahead and use it in the meantime but realized I was sent 2 conditioners instead of one shampoo and one conditioner. I have sent 2 emails to get this issue resolved but have yet to get a response.

I have the joy of struggling with not only thinning hair but it is oily at the root and dry at the end. After a month of using this combo my hair fall has lessened and it has completely balanced out. Even my husband has started using it and says that it’s the only thing that makes his beard feel soft and keeps it from getting scratchy.

This shampoo lathers up easily and cleans my hair well. The conditioner rinses out easily and does not leave your hair limp. This is a great brand I’ve purchased more then once. I highly recommend it!

I have been using the biotin collagen line for about 6 months . Soft scent that really doesn’t linger after it has been rinsed out. Leaves my hair soft and manageable. I cut my hair and in less than 2 months later it has grown 3 inches!! Through my temples my hair has been pretty thin, but since I’ve started using this product, it looks like it is filling in. I have noticed new hair growth on top as well. This stuff really works people. Absolutely recommend and I already bought more.
