A: You can check your vehicle’s owner’s manual or contact our customer support. Additionally, you can search online for "automotive bulb lookup" to find the correct model.

Q2: The bulb doesn't fit in my car, what should I do?

A: Check if you order the correct bulb and install them in the correct position. And if the bulb still doesn't work, please reach out to us with your car detail so we can help you out.

Q3: Why does the bulb flicker or turn off after installation?

A: Due to the sensitive system of some car models which cause the problem. This can usually be solved with the decoder. We'll send you one directly after your contacting us

Q4: The bulb doesn't work on my car after installation, what now?

A: Make sure it's installed properly. And if the bulb still doesn't work, try it on other side. If the problem continues, we will send replacement or decoder to solve that.
