No joke its 1/3 full and it says to take 2 a day and the optimal amount of days to be taking them for is 6 MONTHS. There are 63 pills in my container. So I take 2 a day thats like 32 pills a month. So you need to buy a bottle a month for 6 months. Also I can hardly swallow this big ass pill
