I ordered this jug, a mug and sweatpants for a Christmas present for my son who is a duck hunter. After 2 weeks, I had not received my products or a shipping confirmation. I contacted customer care and they told me to give it a few more days and gave me two tracking numbers. I waited and the tracking numbers never updated beyond label created. So I contacted them a second time. I was told they were lost and to verify shipping address and they would send a new order out. Now we are 3 weeks out and a week before Christmas and I have emailed 2 more times asking for an update and all I have received is crickets. At least, they could respond and let me know something or give me my money back.
