My first Mat ripped off the base 1st day after five swings. the company sent me a new product for free after contacting costumer service and they were super accommodating. I got my replacement within like two days and so far it’s held up great. The reason for the 3 ⭐️ tho is even tho they replaced it and were really nice it still ripped day 1. That being said The mat is well-designed and tracks the swing path effectively, but it could benefit from a bit more weight to prevent it from sliding during use, and a thinner and more sleek design I think would help increase durability and longevity
