I have been using this cleaner for a few years now and have a subscription, but my recent order was sent in just a bag, not a box. The two cleanser boxes looked pretty rough and one cap was tilted and leaking. The other cap was tilted, but luckily not leaking. Customer service was great and responded right away that they would send a replacement, but only shipping in a bag will not protect the products being shipped.

I’m honestly surprised at this one!! Most facial cleansers leave my skin feeling dry, but this one doesn’t. And my mascara comes right off! Other cleansers I’ve used take some effort to get it off, and I don’t like scrubbing my eyes haha so this one is definitely a winner.
