I finally have a SA cleanser that doesn't irritate my skin or make it peel, and I love it! Only problem? The container leaks between the tube and cap. I've written to inform about the issue, but was not able to attach photos via that route. The leaking packaging is the only reason I took off a star. The cap is tightened properly, but the issue has persisted since I got the product a few days ago. Hopefully it's an easy fix by the packaging provider. Otherwise, I recommend this cleanser for those with clog-prone skins that are sensitive and that other SA cleansers cause peeling.

I tried out this cleanser when it launched, I have been using is since I got it which aprox been a week. I love the way it makes my skin feel clean but doesn’t feel bone dry after cleansing. I have problematic acne prone skin, when I started using this I had 3 active break outs and after dining this for a week it’s almost gone. I def recommend this

I really liked this cleanser, but I find that it dries out my skin a bit. I think it’s because of the salicylic acid. However, I still find it very effective for cleansing thoroughly. I won’t use it every day, but about twice a week.

This cleanser is wonderful. I started watching videos from the doctors and started to build a better skincare routine for myself. This cleanser is gentle, yet very effective. It has helped with my pore size, blackheads and other pimples/acne. It's gentle that my eyes don't burn. I am able to use it twice daily without any irritation and my skin adjusted very well from the start.

Prior to this my go to cleanser was the Cervae SA cleanser. That is probably the closest in comparison to this product. However, this product blows it out the water. With the cervae, it did not really do much as far as skin texture, and even if you washed your face for 20 seconds you would have dry skin, this remedy product I could leave for like 1-1:30 minutes on my face , wash it off and it would be no dryness. It also has the ability to clean the face without stripping, it makes the skin feel super soft and has improved skin tone and texture ten fold, if you are hesitant, you can wait until your skin has one of its bad weeks and then jump on this so you can see first hand how it will improve your skin

It is nearly impossible for me to get impressed by a facial cleanser. I have tried way too many and constantly have dozens of new ones, that just collect dust or end up being used for hand washing instead. I am very picky about the texture and performance. When I find the one that suits my needs, it use it for years, while still trying new ones and get disappointed. I have when they are "too gentle", as it doesn't feel like my face is clean. And I have too much foam that takes forever to wash off, then I end up making too much mess. The only reason I decided to try is the previous Remedy record, with their outstanding products. The biggest WOW I had with this product is how my skin feels right after cleansing - it feels FRESH. Not dry, not squeaky clean. It feels like everything that had to go off, was removed, and my natural skin barrier was just happily smiling at me. The texture of the product and the amount of foam it gives is just right. But the refreshed feeling after washing your face gets you hooked on it very fast. Your skin really feels better after the wash, than before. The new larger bottle with the pump looks sick! Can't wait to try it out!

I have oily skin and have tried many cleansers, some just for men and some unisex. I can honestly say that this is the ONLY one that I have used and had my face, neck, and ears actually feel clean after! This stuff is great and I see no reason to ever try anything else. Good job!

I have been using this cleanser and feel that it is removing makeup and the daily debris without stripping of it of all oils.
