OK, first: this stuff does NOT make your head greasy or oily. (I have dry skin in general, so that's my only caveat. But sometimes serums are sticky or heavy - other scalp serums I've tried have been more trouble than they're worth - and this one disappears right away.) The chance to give myself a daily head rub is lovely. But here's the only part that matters - it works! Between this and the shampoo/conditioner, it's taking my fine hair (which has only gotten finer in perimenopause) and turned it into this.

Was excited to try this scalp serum based on my previous experience with Maelove products. When the bottle arrived it wasn't full. I contacted customer support and they explained that it was normal. I was disappointed especially considering the price, but I used it anyway. Barely lasted 3 weeks, so based on that, I can't really see any improvement on hair growth. Wish I could give you 5 stars, but I won't reorder this one.

Just started the serum, I do like the fact u can use before or after u style ur hair. Does not make your hair oily. Will give another month to see how hair is doing, so far so good. Do see new growth.

I cannot speak to hair regrowth but my shedding has slowed down which I appreciate. It absorbs well into my scalp and doesn't make it greasy or itchy. Hair takes months to assess so I would buy a few more times to see if it's actually promoting regrowth (temples looks the same). Not the most cost effective option out there but as a fan of other Maelove products, I am willing to give it some more time.

It is not "not greasy" like the ad said. I have tried using it right after shampoo and before blow dry so that my hair doesn't look greasy, but now I have to wash my hair a day earlier (was trying to wash every 3rd day). it is making me wash every 2nd day. So not using it, waste of money.

Unsure if it really works at the moment. I have been using it ~every two days (depending on when I wash my hair) but haven’t seen it help with my hair thinning. Went through 2 bottles (& I’m also using the shampoo) and I’m going to order my next to stick around and see if it improves.

My hair loss became noticeable with perimenopause, around 2020, and worsened with full blown menopause in 2024. I tried Maelove Full Follicle shampoo and serum starting July 2025 and now we're in October 2025. My hair was immediately more full and showed some body during the first month. After introducing the cvs equivalent of nutrafol in August 2025, my hair fall has stopped and my hair is noticeably longer with baby hair filling in the gaps that made my hair look "stringy" after menopause. My ponytail is looking more "full" again. I really believe the ingredients in Maelove Full Follicle shampoo and serum are improving my scalp health, which allows the nutritional supplement to work more efficiently. I will continue to purchase this for as long as I can afford it.

I’ve been using it for about two months now and have been noticing some baby hair. Also, I felt like my hair is more pigmented. I haven’t been using it daily since it’s so expensive. I guess if I use it daily it will have a more pronounced effect but that way it would be unaffordable.

I haven’t been using this long enough to gauge results, but I appreciate that this serum is not sticky or greasy. I have curly hair and don’t wash it everyday. Using this serum at night doesn’t make my hair feel weird in the morning - which hasn’t been true of other hair growth serums I’ve tried.

The full Follicle serum and shampoo and conditioner have made my hair thicker, shiny and healthy after the first shampoo! I started with the serum 2 months ago after having breakage and thinning hair from a drastic diet. I have seen a definite improvement with my scalp and am thrilled. Highly recommend the full Follicle products.
