Although I love the bracelets, I am extremely disappointed in the the customer service and exchange process. I was gifted a set of Budha Bangles in a shade I already have. I reached out to the company several times, through phone and via email, to please assist in an exchange of product. I got no response and no support. Feeling helpless. So I sit here with another set of $125 gold bangles that I already have and the company will not exchange the color. I find this very frustrating and poor customer service. It's disappointing because I am such a fan of their bangles.

Everybody loves a BuDhaGirl bracelet! These were gifts and they couldn’t wait to put them on! Also, the first order there were issues with the bracelet shape but they replaced them and the second shipment was perfect.
