This book is something I've been searching for for 35 years. Lysa is so transparent and detailed in her analogy and techniques used though the Holy Spirit and scripture. I could identify with her emotions. Although our childhoods were different, Lysa showed how it still determines much of how we react in traumas such as betrayal without remorse. I kept doubting myself regarding my forgiveness toward my ex, because I couldn't get past the memory of the pain. Thank you Lysa for writing this emotional yet helpful book.
