The seller is a fraud. I bought 2 carts but changed my mind on one and requested a refund through TikTok. She denied it twice even though the listing states refunds are allowed within 30 days of delivery. After she declined a refund request I opened a dispute that TikTok finally approved and sent me a return label. I returned the item within 2 days and tracking shows it was DELIVERED and SIGNED FOR. Despite this the seller claimed she never received it. I have video of the package being dropped off at FedEx and in good condition so the seller cannot lie again that she received a damaged box.
