Came on time was unit is bigger than I thought it was going to be I like that it suction cups to the floor so that it don’t move around and I used it on a low setting before I went to bed and it relaxed all my muscles bc I had been on My feet using muscle I don’t normally do it def helped me relax

Easy to assemble, it already comes built, you just have to unfold the handle bar and screw in the knob to tighten it in place. Love that it reaches a good running pace, so far my Daughter and I love it. The running belt does get a little warm after a long use, so as recommended do not use barefoot. Love that it comes with a phone holder as well, and we love that it displays all the stats.

I will sit at my office desk and have it on a few times a day and stand on it for at least 20 minutes once a day sometimes twice a day. I really wanted it for having restless legs and it won’t hurt if it helps lose a some inches.
