I bought this specifically to cook for a crowd while on vacation in a place with a pretty limited kitchen, and it has been a game changer. Being able to cook everything at once instead of juggling pans has made a huge difference. I’m using it on a 30 inch glass top electric range and there is a small learning curve at first since it takes a bit to heat up, but once the steel is fully heat soaked it’s incredibly consistent. Bacon, pancakes, burgers, eggs, all come out evenly and it holds temperature really well. Clean up is way easier than I expected. A quick scrape and wipe and it’s basically done, which is huge when you’re cooking for a lot of people and don’t want a sink full of pans. If you’re cooking for groups, traveling, or dealing with a kitchen that doesn’t have a lot of cookware, this thing is absolutely worth it. Once you get the hang of it, it’s awesome.

It has been a delight to cook on since we received it. I recommend having steel made season your grill surface as I tried to do this in my kitchen and it creates a lot of smoke so worth the money to have them do it. Easy to clean and easy to regulate the temps. Well worth the money.

I was very curious about this and decided to purchase one. Definitely a learning curve in getting the temperatures right which hopefully will only take a few more times using it. Quality is excellent, storage bag is a must, and cleanup was no more difficult than my flat top grill. I do wish there was a front lip and that the drip tray was larger but understand it can only be so big.

Love my new griddle. I made a few meals for myself for practice so I could use it for Christmas morning breakfast. I made pancakes and bacon on the griddle while other food items were in the oven. My daughter told me the pancakes were the best she had ever had!

Thickness was perfect, and at 30lbs it had to be, I would buy it again, but this is going to last me a lifetime!!! Smash burgers came out with a beautiful crust, can't wait to make breakfast. Thanks for making it for a glass top!

My new flat top is perfect. I ordered it pre-seasoned, so it was pretty much ready to go the day it arrived. Took a little getting used to - definitely do as the instructions say and resist the urge to crank your burners up to high right off the bat. A medium/medium high setting is just right for most everything. I'd read that the glasstops take longer to heat up, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it really wasn't very long at all. (MAYbe 10 min or so). It's easy to clean, the little drip pan does it job (wish it had little clips to hold in place, tho) & I would very much recommend the product and the company.

I love this griddle! It works great but it does take some practice. The biggest thing to keep in mind is that it’s carbon steel which I am new to cooking with. But hey practicing just means I am making tasty food!

The grill top is awesome however there is always room for improvement such as the feet coming attached to the grill bottom and having high temp silicone on bottom of feet to prevent sliding. It's a bit heavy so not easily moved by someone that's elderly however it's obvious it will stand the test of time and hold up for generations to come. All-in-all, it's an awesome addition to our kitchen and my wife has absolutely loved it and so have we (myself and two boys) which benefit from her cooking and experimenting with new receipts with the new cooktop.

I bought this steel griddle flat top for my glass range and it worked like a charm. No warping in high heat and no damage to my cook top. I decided to make pork fried rice for the first dish and it did not disappoint. The more space to work with made it easier to be able to evenly cook all the parts of the fried rice in a timely manner. Next night I made some nice NY strips on the griddle and it provided a nice crust from the searing. Very solid piece that will not easily move once its on the stove top. Clean up is a breeze as long as you followed the initial instructions. and receiving it pre-season was so helpful. It save time setting it up.

I love cooking with it. It’s fun and easy to clean. I break it out for big breakfast; eggs, home fries, pancakes, and bacon. Everything served all hot at the same time! Totally worth the investment. We’ve done steak and cheeses, smash burgers, hibachi (obviously), tacos so far. No complaints!

Works great. We have an electric flat top stove. My only wish is that it heated more evenly. The heat stays concentrated to where the burners are leaving a wide space in between where it’s not as hot. We find ourselves shifting food around a lot to cook it all evenly.

I absolutely love this flat top. It fits perfectly on my stovetop and made a great addition to my kitchen. The first night I was able to make about 10 breakfast burritos and a whole weeks worth of dinner in just a couple hours. It does take about 30 minutes or so to heat up but once it’s heated up it cooks like a dream. Cleanup is real easy. The only downside is I wish the drip tray was a little bigger, it fills up quickly. The pros totally outweigh the cons so it’s still a five star.
