Bought this as a gift for my lady and she's been loving using it. One of her favorite things when we camp is cooking on our Blackstone and this has brought that ability right into the kitchen in the dead of winter. I ordered it pre-seasoned and the one small negative - well not necessarily a negative just not a positive - is that we noticed the seasoning seems to have not been super durable, not to the point of being a problem, just showed a bit of wear the very first time she used it. We do understand that with proper care it will develop seasoning through use.

Nice heavy thick metal. Went thru the seasoning process. Just made some smash burgers for a group of 12. It worked great. I left one side cooler for warming buns and poblanos, and to keep mushrooms and onions warm. Smashed on the other side. Got a great sear to lock in the juices.

Used it once and loved it. Wish is had a bigger lip on the front side. Fit my range perfect. I did learn that I got it too hot and smoke became a issue.

So far, I am pleased with my grill. Now, I wish I had bought the pro version, rather than the one I have. I would like to be able to use a single burner on occasion, but have been advised against it. I understand that is not a problem with the heavier version.

I've had it for about 3 weeks now, I can really express my true feelings for my newest addition to my family. This is one of, if not the best flat top I've ever used outside of a restaurant. It is seasoning well and is so easy to clean

I have used this a few times now and love it! Turning my whole gas stove top into one large griddle makes cooking for several people easy without having pans on several burners.

This thing is the best, back in the Air Force I was a cook and did the majority of my cooking on a flat top for breakfast and this brought back many memories. It's solid and well made, I'll probably be purchasing one for my grill also!

Its been a couple of weeks and could not be happier with our purchase, it was fairly priced, shipped quickly, as works as described ( maybe better ) I did purchase a sleeve for storage in a specific place in my kitchen but didn't realize that the opening wasn't on the long side and I wish it was ( I think that should be an option for the full size griddle ) still 5 stars!

This griddle is amazing. I did not want to go the outdoor route and I was looking for a stovetop option. This has fit the bill perfectly. The griddle is very well made. The thickness of the grill makes it comparable to cast iron. The temperature is easily controlled by the settings of the burners of my gas range. Less is more! I can slowly turn up the heat to create the optimum temperature zones on the cooking surface monitoring with an infrared thermometer. And it is American Made! So far I have made breakfast including hashbrowns multiple times and philly cheesesteaks that were delicious. The family gets excited when I pull this out!

I give this 4 stars. . . the only reason is because the catch basin doesn't work with our gas range. The range is a GE Cafe. . . would love to get one that fits. The flat iron is self is amazing. . . this is the second flat iron I've purchased. . . I'm account the wife wanted a different house.

I absolutely love my flat top grill I have used it since its arrival and I said it on our stove. I cooked a pot of grits on. It works absolutely great. Takes a little longer to heat the water than if you had it directly on the burner. I highly recommend this grill to anyone with a gas range. The ordering process was very simple and easy and the delivery time was fantastic.
