Bought my son a hat for Christmas, he loves the brand and wanted a specific style. The hat is great, no complaints there. BUT please work on your delivery updates. The package tracking info was never updated and I checked thought the day, every day. Package was delivered to my door and my son received it. Since the box has the brand name and logo on it he knew exactly what it was. I didn’t have a way to track so that I could plan to get to it before he did. So Christmas surprise was ruined.

Happy that the Flat Elite hats are still available in all colors. It is a shame that the Curved Elite hats aren't made anymore. I'm hoping that the Flat Elite sticks around because the Flex ones aren't my favorite.
