I love this fish oil formula. There is absolutely zero taste or after taste and they are easy to take. I plan on using this formula long term. Wonderful! I started on the fish oil Supplements with this brand January 2024. My first impression wasn't great because they made me feel nauseous. HOWEVER, knowing my body best, I took less than the recommended dose, and I got the extra added benefits of this supplement. It gives me absolutely glowing skin, but I've noticed my dark spots fading and my skin becoming brighter. These, coupled with the skin bright, are just magical!
