I wanted something that is small and compact to carry my satellite phone and encryption node that is both water proof and with EMP protection. This 2.5 L dry bag fits that need greatly, excellent for travel, or when boating or kayaking, flying. When testing, it seems like that _NO_ faraday bags are able to simply pass my GMRS radio test. I put in a baofeng UV82HP handheld radio with antennae into pouches on high power, then I see if I can send a signal. A brand that is a competitor of SLNT I was able to transmit into the pouch even from behind a couple walls on the other side of my (small) apartment. However, with the SLNT, although I was able to transmit into the 2.5 L bag when close, but when I was around 15-20 feet away the signal was not going through. So while not 100% blocking, it does do better than competition. I wonder if this would still protect in a high power EMP or when faced with something like a 20 watt radio.

Works as a solid dry bag. It can be cinched down or stuffed in a kayak. The signal blocking works well. As does the divider. The seams are strong and well made.

I out it to the test and put my phone in the bag, made a call from another phone and it was completely off the network. It works as agreed and I highly recommend.

It works. We had it open and called the phone inside and it rang. We closed the top of the bag and called it and it did not ring. The bag is smaller than I thought. We put our iphone and ipad in it and the felt insert would not fit. Besides that it seems like a well made product.
