ordered the Redtiger F17 Elite but received the regular F17 instead. This is unacceptable. I paid for the Elite model and got a lower version. Whether this was a mistake or misleading listing, it wasted my time and caused inconvenience. Very disappointed.

The camera quality is very good but the problem the connection with the Wi-Fi I don’t like it because they need to connect each time you’re in car when you go out and you go in your lost connection with Wi-Fi and never make automatically connection.

I got my red tiger F17 elite, but they send me regular F17 not the elite one other than that I like it. I tried to contact the seller but there is no option to contact seller I may return it for this reason. I gave them 2 stars because of not sending me the elite one, not because of quality.

Charger out of the box doesn’t work. Customer service doesn’t respond nor do they care. When I used another changer cable, the camera doesn’t stay on while recording. Doesn’t turn on and off with the car. You have to manually do it everytime. Please do not buy this.

good quality, the audio doesn’t sound delay or anything and camera picks up everything. The only thing is that in order to get the footage from your phone, you would have to be in the car or near while connected. Not sure if we did something wrong in connecting the wires but it works wonders!

I love the camera, but hate the app. I thought the app would be much better than what it actually is advertised. I would think it would automatically record to the app. It doesn't and it must be downloaded to the app and in such a difficult manner. The camera is a 5 star, but the app is a 1 star.

I hard wired camera to my semi. Used it on a trip for about 6 hours straight. Then the screen went dark and never turned on ever again. Switched power source and nothing helped. Then I was told to update the software. go to website and can’t download to phone or iPad or MacBook, file not supported.
