Love this mask!! Keeps the light out amazingly well and I adore that it can be hot or cold. It does push on the eyes somewhat, but if you move the seeds around a bit it's fine. Word to the wise - never overheat it even a little bit! I put it on for 5 seconds too long and it cooked the seeds so that they smelled burnt from then on. This is my second mask and will take better care. lol All in all, it's wonderful - thank you!!
