Scam! Not the real stuff! Came in a “pump” bottle look alike, but it dosent pump there isn’t one. You remove the lid and it’s just a knock off cream.

This firming moisturizer is SO GOOD!! I used it under my eyes the other night just to see if it worked and IT DID!!! I was really blown away. A little goes a long way. Shipping was fast and the packaging is so pretty. I have very oily skin and this didn’t make my skin oilier. I’d highly recommend

The bottle has no tube from the plunger. I have to completely take the jar apart and beat it on my hand to get any cream out.

The pump was not working from the start. When I unscrewed the top, I found a little bottle of lotion inside the big bottle. When I took the top off the little bottle there was nothing attached to the pump. So, the only way to get the lotion out of the bottle is to turn it upside down and slam it on my hand. This may be the most deceptive packaging I’ve ever seen. No integrity.

I am so disappointed. I’ve reached out to InnB customer service but doubt I’ll hear anything back. :(

Didn’t realize packaging creates false expectations. 1.7 oz/50 ml….basically 10 TEASPOONS of product. Directions are use morning and night. Is this about a week supply for this price?!!! Ummmm Noooo not what I expected!!

The packaging is horrible. Very pretty and looks and feels luxurious, but impractical. The same goes for the Elastic Skin packaging. I have only traveled with them when I unscrew them from the glass jar and even then they're still cumbersome to travel with. It's disappointing when you see how little product you get in such a huge bottle. You also can't tell you're out of it until you're out of it. There's no way to see (opaque inner tube) or feel (because of the weight) how much product is left. I wasn't a fan of this cream at first, as it was not (and is not) a good replacement for Next Level, which they discontinued (nor is the 10+10). It's thicker, a little sticky, and makes my skin shiny (not in a good way). I've relegated it to my nighttime routine, along with the Elastic Skin, and it's working better; I wake up to soft skin. I've stuck with Slushy and a Neutrogena Hydro Boost sunscreen for the daytime. I still feel I need a better daytime moisturizer, and the new Mineral Glow sunscreen doesn't cut it. I've spent so much money trying to find a replacement for Next Level, to no avail. I still love Slushy, although it seems the texture thinned out a bit around a year ago. Please do better, @InnBeauty..
