These gloves are good for deep exfoliation without harming the skin. It helps with getting rid of those annoying little bumps on my posterior thighs. These gloves make it super easy & quick to exfoliate your entire body. They're great before applying your beauty by Earth self tanner or even before shaving. I would say they run small so if you have large hands it could be hit or miss. Although they do stretch pretty well.
