Generally peels are too harsh for my skin and leaves me looking sunburnt. This peel is so light that I was able to use it twice a week. I like to use it in the evening so I can relax and enjoy the spa skin feeling.

I like this in combination with the peel and polish for thorough exfoliation. I put this on my face for approx. 2 minutes and then use a dab of peel and polish to massage and further exfoliate for about two more minutes.
