I bought two of these. Mine is amazing and works great. My wife's lid takes all my strength to open for some reason. It’s impossible to open and it’s so hard to seal shut.

I love these cups. I started with three, one for each of my children in their own color. Then I bought one for myself for work…Then a back up for myself for work... Then three more for my kids when they were in the dishwasher - you get the idea! We love these glasses and I also have received a lot of praise when giving them as gifts!

Dangerous cup as glass broke in my hand. The plastic surround protected it from breaking at first but it was defective. I only used it as a bedside cup with straw. It disintegrated in my hand and I was cut badly on my fingers. I never took it anywhere or dropped it!

I had the Ello Devon water bottle for next to my bed. I never took it in the car or used as a travel bottle. (I know their advertising calls it a Tumbler with straw). Anyway there is no warning not to use with kids. I have no kids in my household. I only used it at night and never dropped it. One morning the glass just broke with no reason and it cut my hand in many places. This product SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH CHILDREN.

After two uses, the lid started emitting an overpowering chemical smell. I took the rubber seal off the lid and found the wood sealant to be cracking and peeling off. Bought from target

I picked one up from target and I wanted to have a good experience with this tumbler so bad because its really cute and perfect for water throughout the day, but the silicone top gives off such a strong, acrid plasticky chemically smell that it affects the drinks flavor and I can smell the lid while i drink, even when it is fully attached. The smell is soooo strong when i take the lid off the entire room fills with the smell, im not exaggerating. It seems other people have had this experience and they claim it was just a bad batch but those reviews were from over 2 years ago so they better not give me the same response lol.

I just purchased this cup and loved it for a minute, until I used it for the first time. I washed and dried as instructed but the silicone part of the lid absolutely reeks of chemicals and makes my water taste like chemicals. This is exactly why I purchased a glass tumbler, I didn't want water that tasted like anything but water. Sad to say this is still an issue in 2023/2024.
