After scrubbing shower for over an hour with this product using the various brushes and scrubber it comes with, it kept unlocking and not locking in place from the pole to the scrubber and turning to its side. I had to take the pole off and bend over and scrub and it hurt my back which is why I bought this product. Maybe it’s defective, I’m willing to give it another try and would like to exchange it. It also didn’t give a good clean. It did pretty good but will still need to use my hands with a brush to get it clean. I’m disappointed
