I was willing to try to work with the company prior to leaving a negative review. But worst customer service ever. Don’t fall for this scam, y’all. They looked so cool on the LIVE. Nah. You get 30 minutes tops to ride them before they have to charge again for hours and if you have ANY issues the company is completely unwilling to help. I simply told them about the seeming defective battery. They didn’t know my child’s age, weight, or behavior on the cart AT ALL. And you can see the canned uncaring response they gave attached. DON’T GET SCAMMED Y’ALL. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE.

I spent almost $600 with this company buying TWO go carts for my children. Do NOT fall for it, y’all! I bought them from a LIVE where they looked so cool. They came. We charged them the full 12 hours as instructed prior to use. You get 30 minutes to ride them before they have to spend hours charging again. So I reached out to the company about the product being defective and they’re not willing to help at all. WORST customer service. Don’t fall for it. You’ll regret it. They did not even ask my child’s weight or if my child was drifting. They only knew that the battery was lasting a half hour
