Product Introduction：

Pokemon Simplified Chinese Gemstone Gem Pack (vol 2) Booster Box CBB2C Each booster box includes 15 booster packs, with 4 cards per pack.

Cards stored in packaging for extended periods may experience warping due to temperature fluctuations—this is a common occurrence in collectible card products. All our boxes are brand-new and shipped directly from their original factory packaging, with no prior handling. This phenomenon is also associated with the card printing and production process. Each booster pack contains only four cards, and inadequate lamination pressure during manufacturing can make the cards susceptible to warping when exposed to temperature changes. A recommended solution: Place the cards in top-loaded card sleeves and apply even pressure using a heavy, flat object for a period of time. Importantly, the core quality of the cards remains uncompromised—this minor warping will not impact the outcome of professional grading assessments.

Due to the China-exclusive holo manufacturing process used in Gem Packs (Star Holo & Full Holo), the surface film may react to temperature or humidity changes, causing cards to appear slightly bent. Also, each pack contains only 4 cards, and the low card count inside the wrapper also contributes to this natural bending. This is a factory manufacturing characteristic, not an issue caused by our store.

The bending does not damage the cards. Simply place the card in a sleeve + top loader and apply light pressure (such as under a book) and it will flatten over time.

All our Gem Packs come from original factory-sealed cases, fully authentic, and official receipts can be provided upon request. This bending occurs in every Gem Pack series with holo-pattern cards, and we do not accept refunds or returns because of this issue, as we do not manufacture these products ourselves.

If you cannot accept this known factory characteristic defect, please do not purchase this product. As collectors ourselves, we are also saddened that this cannot be avoided, but we appreciate your understanding.
