My husband has very wide feet. The first size we ordered based on website recommendation was way too small. I called customer service and they were excellent about returning the item from another country as well as figuring out another size. The new ones came so fast and fit perfectly. It has really helped him as a beginner ballroom dancer who no longer has to dance in socks because most shoes don't fit right. 5 stars for outstanding customer service!

I love the design and the overall quality of the shoe. But the Wide fit isn't quite wide enough, so I still feel some pain when I wear for prolonged periods. I would recommend this show for people with narrower feet. In general, Capezio shoes are more on the narrow side compared to other brands.

I recently started taking Jazz and decided to get these shoes. I usually wear US Women Size 6 in street shoes, and I bought these in a size 7M. I feel like they are a little loose but could work. However, I usually like my dance shoes to fit snug, so I will be returning these for a size 6.5M.
