Love these shoes!! I have worn them a few times now for both cardio and lifting and had no issues. The bottom is super grippy which makes it ideal for lifting to keep my foot stable. If you are between sizes I would probably get your true to size. I normally wear a 8.5-9 and ended up getting a 9.
