Love these shoes!! I have worn them a few times now for both cardio and lifting and had no issues. The bottom is super grippy which makes it ideal for lifting to keep my foot stable. If you are between sizes I would probably get your true to size. I normally wear a 8.5-9 and ended up getting a 9.

I use these shoes for my fitness classes which are circuits of cardio and weights. I like they because they are light, but also provide side support so my ankes, etc are not in jeopardy. I also wear them when I lift and they provide stability. All in All, a good shoe. I used to wear the Outwork Edge and I liked them, but they were a bit stiff and heavier. These Drive Mesh's work much better for me.
