I find that including a packet of drip drop in my morning drink keeps me hydrated all day long on the Florida heat. Even through two hours of a workout, I don’t get thirsty . They are life changing .

I love me some DD, but am usually a bigger fan of the sugar-included flavors. These, however, are crushing it. Flavor is through the roof. The new new flavors themselves are amazing. Just note that these packs do require more water than the standard ones
