I've used this product in the past without an issues. It went on great but at the end of the day, my skin was very irritated with dry patches and scaliness. Not sure if this is a new formula, but I've never had issues with this or any other product.

I purchased an earlier version of this product 2 or 3 years ago, mineral sunscreen day cream 35spf. It was very thick and I didn't care for it. This was promoted as a new product so I had hoped this was improved. Unfortunately this Defense Day Cream is also thick, not quite as much as first one, but I still do not like it. It feels like heavy makeup going on my skin and I'm retired now and don't want to feel "made up" every day. I have used and loved many of Dr Denese's products.....just not this one.

This new formula does not work for me. It doesn't have the same matte finish as the original formula and immediately makes my face shiny. Now that it's summer & humid weather, my face is much more oily than in previous seasons. Please bring back the original version otherwise I'll be looking elsewhere.

This double-duty cream was a complete surprise to me. Not only does it make my skin feel moist and fresh but it unexpectedly gives my skin a glow of a perfect, slightly gold and perfectly tanned skin..immediately! Amazing. The long-term result is yet to be seen but, as of now...It Is A Winner!

What happened to this product? I’ve bought before and always been happy. This latest purchase looked brown going on, and stayed too dark. Also, consistency is much thicker than previous ones I’ve bought. I need to return this.
