Works perfect with the narrow neck Dr. Brown’s bottles! Love this brand and the flexibility. This adapter does come with the seal/ ring!

We use the adapter and the baby brew all the time for on the go. The adapter fits perfectly. My only wish is that the adapter came with more than one silicone ring for the inside. The clear silicone is easily lost. One back up would have been great. We had to buy a whole new adapter since we lost ours.
