This smoker was everything I hoped it would be, I followed the instructions but instead of smoking it out for a couple hours I did it multiple times until I could no longer smell the chemicals burning. Smoker is a 10/10

It was so easy to use. We love it. I have used it everyday since we received it. I even made smoked cramps cheese appetizer. Simple to use we have not used a smoker before and I am so glad we picked this to be our first.

Can't write a review yet. Just seasoned it yesterday and then today couldn't get the Temp button to go over 95 dg then goes back to 0 . I might be doing something wrong, hope I can figure out I love the smoker

I've had my east oak smoker for about a month now and I think it's been great! It's simple enough for a beginner like myself to use but turns out a really tasty smoked meat when you're done. I highly recommend it!!

so far i really like it,i've never had a smoker and have no clue on cooking times,and temps. so far i've came out to dry on cod fish,and cross rib roast. trial and error i hope i learn.

So far so good. We have seasoned and cleaned the smoker as the directions say. It operated perfectly. The remote is very handy! We have ordered the stand which will be easier to get in and out of the smoker. Assembly is easy. Instructions are great. Can't wait to smoke some baby backs!
