I have been taking L-Lysine for years. Usually, the tablets I've taken had a chalky texture and left powder in my mouth, so I did not like taking them. These tablets are smooth, like there's a coating on them, so they don't have a taste. I only too one dose, so too early to tell what effect they have had in me.

The multy vitamins is good, it's come in a bigger size bottle, you don't have to have alot of bottle in your cabinet, the price was good I even bought 2 bottle, and it came really fast in the mail, since I stated taking these vitamins my performance has been better.
