My dog is almost five and does not like having his teeth brushed. This powder that we use once a day at dinner time definitely helps prevent plaque buildup! I told our vet that we use this product and they agreed it is beneficial for dogs who don't like regular teeth brushing. I have 3 dogs. Two of them had real bad breath and black and brown spots on their teeth. I try to brush them but can't always get all of the teeth because they fight me and move around so much.
