As RVers full-time, safety “in a wooden box” is a NECESSITY!! Also, since we are always in new areas, safety and awareness is necessary, too. So: We ordered 2 of the fire blankets(1 for the RV/1for the truck), as well as the personal alarm for my ALWAYS exploring wife. BOTH buying experiences were UNCOMPLICATED. We have received the blankets and they are SOLID products. As for the alarm, I’ll review that once we get our mail. THANK YOU!!!

So Far, I like prepared Hero products. Especially the fire blanket. I have not used the defe3nse alarm but I gave one to my wife and two daughters. I also purchased the privacy scanner. It ios charging now but hope to test it out soon.

I purchased four Hero Defense Alarms, one for me, and the others for friends. Each friend has contacted me to say thank you, and all said they’d activated them to see how loud it was. They were surprised at the noise level, and how bright the strobe light is. My husband even activated the one purchased for me, and we were happy with the alarm level and the blinding strobe.

Cheaply-made and way over-priced product, and I do not trust it to do what it is claimed to be for. I have tried to return it and the customer service has been horrible, with no acceptable resolution yet achieved.
