I want to start off with the positive of this product, being that I really like the packaging. It’s simple and minimalist which I really like- it looks cool in my laundry space. I also like that the scent is genderless, so I don’t have to wash my boyfriend’s clothes separately. I have sensitive skin, which was not at all irritated by the detergent, so that is a nice plus. In all honesty though, I am not the biggest fan of the Dedtergent Extra Milk. I am very particular about washing my clothes and how they feel afterwards, and I did not feel like my clothes had the same “clean” feel. I was super excited to try out Dedcools detergent after loving a few of their perfumes. I have never tried a luxury laundry detergent prior to this and usually just use gain for all of my washing needs. The Dedcool dedtergent Xtra milk is just Wowwww. I smelled one of the perfume of this brand and wash waiting to buy the detergent. One day I just did it! Bought the bottle. Or should I say TIN. It’s a super cute Tin, aesthetic and sustainable. It has a cap for easy pour and refill if needed. I was little nervous about using it on my infants clothes, cause I am not sure if her sensitive skin would tolerate it or not, but it’s super soft and gentle. I was very excited to try this Detergent by Dedcool. I have always received compliments when I wear the Xtra Milk perfume, so when I heard they released the detergent in this particular scent I could not wait to try it! It comes in a simple tin container, unfortunately there is no measuring cup so you will need to measure it out using your own cup (possibly from another detergent brand) or eyeball it. The scent is not very strong in the container at first but I noticed the smell was stronger when I moved my clothes from the washer to the dryer. The scent is not as strong once it is dry, it is mild and pleasant. I noticed the scent lasts for a few days. It does not leave a residue like some detergents or fabric softeners, and did not irritate the skin. WOW is all I can say, this scent is amazing and long lasting! I have a family of 4 and my husband and kids all said they liked it. I was very excited to use this DedCool Dedtergent Xtra Milk and I was extremely impressed. When I first opened the tin and smelled it, I fell in love with the scent. It smelled so good with notes of bergamot, white musk, and amber and unlike any laundry detergent that I have ever smelled before. When I first smelled this, I immediately wanted to wash my bedding with this so I did. It seemed to do a great job too. I was really excited to get to try Dedcools laundy products for the first time since I love this scent in their perfumes I was looking forward to see how it translated into laundry. I would say it lived up to its hype. I loved the way that it smells! There is not really a specific scent that comes to mind or that can I place but overall I can confirm that it smells good. For my first load I washed my sheets and duvet cover and pillowcases and coming out of the dryer, I could smell the fresh scent. I also noticed the scent every night on my bedding for a few days before I could no longer notice it anymore. Also I had a few small stains on my pillowcases from makeup and such and they were as good as new so it seems like it does its job well and smells good. I have very sensitive skin so I tend to be very particular about the types of detergent I use on my clothes. I can get irritated by smells and textures on my clothing. I found that this did a really good job of avoiding issues regarding my skin. However, I wasn't entirely sure how clean it made my clothes. This was my first time hearing of the brand Dedcool and using this detergent that's vegan and made with clean ingredients. I absolutely love the fragrance of this Dedcool detergent, the scent is so refreshing and fresh. The combination of bergamot, white musk and amber is perfect. The texture is definitely strange to get used to compared to other detergents as it is quite runny. It smells much better than other luxury detergents that I have tried, the fragrance I tried is that of xtra milk, the same aroma as my favorite Dedcool perfume because of its mix of bergamot and amber that make it unique and the packaging is also cute as well as recyclable. Advantages: beautiful product packaging; After washing, the clothes smell delicious and are incredibly soft!Disadvantages: Uneconomic consumption since there is very little product. Although the bedding is very soft after washing, it does not retain the fragrance as much as I would like. When I put the sheets on the bed, it is very soft, almost none of the aroma, only the softness persists, which I loved. However, when I put away my underwear and open the drawer again, I am greeted by the aroma of this detergent. The same goes for the container where I keep the sheets. I'm a mother of four and 3 of those are teenage girls who think trying on a shirt means that shirt is now dirty and belongs in the hamper, the amount of laundry I do is actually ridiculous if I'm being honest. So normally I don’t enjoy most fragrances of liquid detergents on the market but this is wonderful! It a perfect unisex fragrance that smells clean and but not overbearing. The only one downside is I’d love for this to be in even larger quantities considering how much laundry I inevitably have to go through on a weekly (and sometimes daily) basis. The fragrance of this smells beautiful and is more of a skin scent bubble, so it doesn’t radiate too far from the nose. It smells appropriate for mine, my daughters, my boyfriend AND my parents apparel, as well as towels and bedding. I would like to start off with my love for Decool's Fragrances. Their luxurious, clean, warm and musky scents really takes me to a whole new level of " being comfy and at home". Because of this, I've had my eye on their detergent for awhile. I have tried all brands that are in the grocery store, the high end brands and even those that are in my local boutique. When it comes to my laundry, price doesn't really matter, because it must be highly fragranced or else it just doesn't seem clean to me. I was in awe when the creamy scent hit my senses. However, the fragrance just didn't live up to my expectations as it didn't long lasting as I had hoped for. My laundry smelled fresh coming out of the dryer, but I couldn't smell much of the fragrance after I put my sheets on the bed or when using my towels after a shower. I did experiment by using more of the detergent to see if I could achieve that high end fragrance that I was looking for. I wish the cute packaging came with a measuring cup to make it easier to gage. I ended up filling my washing machine with over ¼ of a cup, but it just didn't work out. If the final scent was a bit stronger or if the price point was more reasonable, this would definitely be my go to.
