Customization Process:

If you need customized products, please contact our customer service first and provide the following details: order quantity, specifications, material, craft, printing color, and other relevant information. We will then confirm the draft design with you and negotiate a customized price.

Once you accept the quotation, we will prepare your printing artwork in CDR/AI/PAD/PDF format for your confirmation. Please carefully check the artwork; any revisions can be made before final confirmation. Production and printing will only start after you fully confirm the final draft.

Important Note:

As customized products cannot be resold, we do NOT accept refunds or returns once printing has started.
