I never received the item, and CRZ Yoga refused to offer any proof that it actually had been delivered. They declined to provide a refund or replacement. I have purchased several items from them and never had a good experience. A package was left out by the elevator in my condo building. Another package was delivered to the wrong address and the neighbor who lives there brought it to me. I would be hesitant to order from them knowing that will not reimburse you if your package goes missing.
