If I could leave zero stars, I would, based solely on customer service. My order has been sitting in New Jersey for over 2 weeks, according to the tracking information the company provided. I have tried to contact customer service, and only have received robotic responses. I to receive this order someday for the grandkids, at this point not so sure.

Everyone's grandparents are special to them, but sometimes they live far away and can't visit as often as they'd like because we live in the USA and Grandma lives in Australia. Luckily, I got the creative Tonies for each of my girls. One of the most special thing is being able to listen to their grandma's voice recording reading them stories. This way, they can feel like she's right there with them, even when she's not. It's a truly wonderful way to keep the connection alive and keep those precious memories close by.

I like that I can add my own audio. That I can read my daughters favorite book to her and record it and she can listen to it any time. I love that there is content that can be added for free that can tech Spanish numbers or songs. The flexibility of this Tonie is so vast and it is a must get.
