Flavor: honestly one of my favorite tasting not overly sweet but not bitter taste like a baby bottle pop just not sour if that makes sense. Performance: for 200mg caffeine pre this was strong and somehow hit harder than other stims that ive had which had 400mg so 10/10 overall product.
