I started looking into creatine as aid to my overall wellness. I generally have low/moderate energy and struggled to stay consistent with my workouts due to lack of energy. I certainly feel that this has improved my energy when working out, reduced muscle fatigue and I do feel that my workouts are showing better results. I space the recommended portion all throughout the day. A little sprinkle in my coffee, then I go about my day. I mix majority of the serving into a drink about 30 minutes before my workout and then finish the last portion before dinner. I wish I would have incorporated this into my diet sooner but given such a positive experience, I will continue to keep this in my regular routine.

Flavor is a little tart, but mix it almost anything, and it goes away. Absolute ZERO grit or chalky flavor. Cant wait to try other flavors.

Already noticed big difference in muscle mass. I’ve used other creatine brands before. But this one by far is the best I have used. The creapure form is where it’s at.

Compared non-micronized with micronized and less stomach rumbling with the micronized version. Also, micronized dissolves better than non-micronized.
