I have a pretty sensitive digestive system and this didn't bother me at all. I noticed less bloating and gas. I use one scoop, once a day mid afternoon. Others said they had trouble with getting it to dissolve, so I just mix a small amount of warmer water until its dissolved and then add cold water to fill it up the rest of the way.

I love the taste, and this product really helps on the days when my pancreatitis is not cooperating. It's a great benefit to the gut and my overall system. There's up to 30 days serving in this package size. Although I like this flavor, strawberry cooler is my favorite.

I'm a pretty healthy person but I was having obvious digestive issues due to the use of whey protein. I read up on a few products but Sunwarrior core cleaner caught my eye when I was on the website ordering my creatine powder. I researched it more on expert voice and Probiotics, Probiotics, fiber and a detoxing and digestive health herb blend was exactly what I needed. I love the taste, mixes easily and within a few days I definitely noticed a difference. Great product I recommend it especially if you don't like taking capsules for everything.

I haven’t been as diligent about using this product as I may have been because I am not sure how it will affect my system. Reducing bloat would be great, but the “Core Cleanser” name makes me nervous it might work too well and be disadvantageous. That being said, the few times I have used it I have no unwanted side effects and the flavor is reasonably good.

primarily bought to deal with bloating and it definitely helped. flavor is pretty good with just water (strawberry). My only complaint is there is a small aftertaste but thats probably due to the sweetener.
