For some reason my blades are not cutting like they should, even after I zero gap them with the knob to do so, hope bevel can help figure this out.

I'm not a barber, so the Bevel Trimmer Lite was a great option for my personal use at home. I love the screwless feature for adjusting the blade—the zero gapping is legit and really hits! My only suggestions would be to have a slight rubberized grip (similar to the Bevel electric shaver) and USB-C charging. In fact, if all the Bevel products used USB-C charging (or a standard cable) for all devices, it would enhance the use of the Bevel ecosystem, in my opinion. I've known about Bevel for some time, and this was my first purchase (along with the electric shaver—which is amazing).
