Thank you for creating Proov! I am a 39 yo mum of 1 (she just turned 1 year old a few weeks ago) and we were looking to expand our family and started trying from July 2025 and using  OPKs to track my ovulation.  After reading a few reviews, I bought the Proov kit and started using it in October 2025. My ranges were normal, I was symptom spotting but got my period without fail.  I decided to get The Proov Pro and balancing oil after the 1st day of my cycle on the 4th of December, tested PdG on days 7, 8, 9 and 10 where I was even sad because PdG dipped on day 9 but I guess that was the implantation dip because...I'm now pregnant!!!  I knew I was ovulating and my egg was getting fertilized but progesterone was the last piece of the puzzle, thank you for figuring it out for the rest of us so we can get our dreams fulfilled!

The tests seemed to work appropriately, but the android app is not good at all. It didn't remind me of when to take tests despite me giving it permission to. On the main screen it showed it was way past test date, but the calendar function was correct. The camera also did not capture ola single one of my tests.

Proov has provided me with so much education and a real understanding of my hormones which has been pivotal in my journey TTC at 40 years young . The app gives results very quickly and is great for tracking values as well as other symptoms that can be manually entered. I have a lot of spotting after I ovulate and I’m glad complete showed me that I do have low progesterone and now that I have started taking progesterone my spotting has stopped!

This is such a great way to Proov ovulation, especially when you have PCOS. I found out that I don’t have strong enough progesterone to sustain a pregnancy, which is something that’s really important when you’re trying to have a baby. I took this information to my OB and was rx’d progesterone after ovulation. It was a game changer!
