Saw this on a live and bought it after hearing about and Googling the health benefits. Yesterday I had a teaspoon and I think it helped with my constipation. Hoping it helps with my psoriasis too. I read it works well with black seed oil (which I take daily). Flavor: Slightly sweet nutty taste. Not bad.
