First, I couldn’t believe the size of the bottle wow! 🤩 This shampoo makes my hair feel so good! I got it on a pretty good deal during one of their lives. I love their lives. They always have flash sales that are amazing. I love all their products. I haven’t used one yet that I don’t like!

Arrived damaged there was a big split in the tube and it had leaked quite a bit. The box was not damaged. I tried to return it and was offered less than l paid for it! There should be a way of exchanging products. I have dm the company and hoping they will correct the issue.

It smells good and I use a lot of their products but this conditioner leaves my hair very dry. The shampoo is fantastic but this conditioner makes my hair dry and feels weighed down than with other brands I use.

I really figured this was going to be gimmicky with how many videos I've seen, but I found a travel size version at an airport in Munich and decided to try it. Came back and ordered the full size a week later. Love it. Makes my hair feel softer, less frizzy, and roots less oily. For the first time in my 30+ yrs I can go more than one day without washing it because my roots aren't oily the next day 🤯 I have very thin, fine hair for reference.
